Talk therapy (also called psychotherapy) is a proven, conversation-based approach that helps people manage mental health challenges and improve well-being. At Bloom Health Centers, our licensed therapists provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy at locations across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., as well as through virtual therapy.
