Rachel Schwartz, LMSW, is a therapist with Bloom Health Centers. Rachel primarily works with adult clients through the age of 64 years old. Rachel specializes in many diagnoses such as anxiety, coping skills, depression, grief, and loss, and many more. Through her training and experience, Rachel has learned various techniques to guide her clients through their journey such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, strengths-based therapy, and many more strategies.

Rachel proudly self-published a Self-Help Interactive Workbook in 2021, she is a member of the National Honors Society of Leadership and Success and has completed the trauma toolbox certification training. 

Rachel shares how she is proud of her journey and how she got to where she is today. She is also proud of the self-help workbook she successfully self-published and was able to run a support group for. Rachel loves what she gets to do because she can help others to never feel alone. Rachel is passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health and creating a world where mental health treatment is normalized and acceptable for all.
