Lolali Adade, PMHNP

Lolali Adade began her journey at Prince George Community College in Largo, Maryland, where she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2010 and became a Registered Nurse. This foundational step led her to further her education at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. Lolali continued to expand her expertise and focus by achieving a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2022.

Lolali has served in an array of nursing roles, including positions in medical-surgical, oncology, and skilled nursing facilities, where she cared for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations across various settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and home care environments. In 2022, she served as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD, providing critical psychiatric care and coordinating treatment for acutely ill patients.

Lolali describes that her hands-on training as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner began in November 2021 with an enriching internship at Prism Reflections, LLC in Alberta, SC. Here, she gained extensive experience in conducting comprehensive evaluations and delivering ongoing care to a diverse clientele, including children, adults, and the elderly. This role honed and strengthened her abilities in medication management, detailed assessments, family consultations, and crisis interventions. She continued to build on this experience with subsequent internships at the Washington Foundation for Family Life in Washington, DC, under Dr. Juhi Nayeem, MD, in Burtonsville, MD, and at Devoted Healthcare Services LLC in Nottingham, MD, through 2022.

From February 2024 to May 2024, Lolali served as the Program Director at Global Healthcare Services LLC's Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. In this leadership role, Lolali spearheaded program development and managed clinical operations, focusing on enhancing service delivery and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Lolali shares that her tenure as director drove quality improvement initiatives and fostered a collaborative environment that enhanced professional development and patient outcomes.
