Lauren Wilson is a (board-eligible) Psychiatrist with Bloom Health Centers. Lauren Wilson received her Doctorate of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in 2016. In 2021 Lauren completed her residency in General Psychiatry at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA. Finally, in 2023, Dr. Wilson completed her fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Virginia Tech-Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA. Dr. Wilson is a proud member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, and the Psychiatric Society of Virginia.

Dr. Wilson works with patients throughout their lifespan. Dr. Wilson sees a wide variety of specialties and diagnoses that her patients are navigating through including trauma-related disorders, mood disorder, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, psychotic spectrum illnesses, and stress associated with normal development throughout the lifespan.
In addition to English, Dr. Wilson can speak some French after spending about a year living in the French Caribbean.
