As a proud daughter of immigrant parents from El Salvador, Ana brings cultural awareness, compassion, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. She specializes in supporting individuals impacted by complex trauma including domestic and gender-based violence, sexual assault, neglect, human trafficking, intergenerational trauma, and systemic oppression, and helps clients explore and strengthen their racial and cultural identities.

Outside of her work, Ana enjoys weight training, poetry, comedy shows, quiet outdoor spaces, trying new foods, learning about different cultures, and laughing until her belly aches.
