Adrienne works from a strengths based approach. She believes you are the expert on you! In today’s fast paced world, making time to learn new strategies to help manage daily stressors and rediscover your core strengths is something we can all benefit from doing. Specific areas of focus include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, chronic health issues and infertility.Adrienne has worked in the mental health field since 1996. Having grown up Winchester, where she enjoys supporting those in her community. Adrienne has a wide variety of hobbies and personal interests. In her free time, you can find Adrienne spending time with her family, sipping coffee on the porch and being outside with my two dogs or tackling the occasional home improvement project. Adrienne loves to make pasta and bread, although those skills are definitely a work in progress!
