Amy embarked on her psychotherapeutic journey after earning her MSW from West Virginia University in 2007, specializing in providing compassionate care to adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges. Amy's expertise spans diverse clinical settings, initially working in a behavioral clinic where she supported clients dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. Her journey continued in a community corrections setting, where she screened clients for trauma, mental health, and substance abuse disorders, offering individual and group therapy.

Amy's experience extends to working with adults in a partial-hospitalization program, showcasing her versatile skills. She is proficient in employing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to foster positive change.

As the Manager of Therapy, with a focus on adult therapy, Amy is committed to providing reliable mental health therapy. Her approach is centered on creating a supportive environment for individuals aged 16 and above, guiding them through life's challenges with evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
